Putting is a vital part of scoring well in the game of golf. And so having good putting tips at your disposal can improve your technique. Golfing experts and professionals are great bastions of advice, they’re dedicated to the game and with their tips and experience you can build your skills without having to relearn many of the basics.

Putting takes the least amount of physical strength in the game of golf, but it effects your score more than anything. The first putting tip would be to practice your putts before each game. Focus more on putting the ball in the right direction, rather than trying to get it into the hole. Worry more about perfecting your swing than actually making the putt. This way you can judge how fast the ball will move on the green.

The second putting tip would be to practice your putts from about 6 feet away, or even closer, practice using easy putts. Begin by lining up your golf ball during your putting practice. This can immensely aid in putting in both long and short-range shots. Try drawing a line on your ball with a permanent marker as a visual aid.

The third putting tip is to keep speed in mind, speed is the most critical factor when it comes to putting. While putting hit the ball at a decent speed, this will result in a tap in even if the ball’s direction isn’t a perfect straight line. If the length of your putt is over 15 feet you should try for a tap in. Speed is just as crucial on short putts otherwise the ball may not be able to reach the hole.

Any southpaw knows that left handed golf clubs are a must to be on your game. Many companies have begun to manufacture left handed sets of golf clubs at both the professional and recreational level. You’ll want to look for a set of golf clubs which compliment your play style and take your slice into consideration.

Well-known companies like Mizuno, Nike and Callaway are all manufacturing left handed golf clubs these days. However, because there’s a small demand left handed clubs can be difficult to find, however the good news is they generally cost the same as right handed clubs.

Left handed golf clubs are necessary in order for a left handed individual to properly play the game. How you stand and how you swing are all factors in a game of golf.

The companies producing left handed golf clubs put the same care and quality into their creation. You can choose to buy a complete set or individual clubs, whatever will work best for you. More than 8% of the population is born left handed, and left handed golf clubs are made for exactly this reason. Although the demand is lower it still exists, companies manufacturing left handed clubs assure the same quality and care that goes into the creation of traditional right handed clubs.

There are many aspects to golf in which a player needs to be good at to get a low score. That’s the beauty of the game where one minute you are belting the ball a long distance down the fairway, and the next, leaning over the ball for a gentle tap into the hole. For a good start to the game you need to hit the ball a long way so here are some golf driving tips.

On your first shot take a deep breath and relax because for many golfers the first hit off the tee can set the standard for the day. Something else that can set the standard for the day is your health and fitness. Not only do you walk long distances during a game but you need to be strong in your upper body to swing the club hard. You also need to be strong in the lower part of your body to hold that stance in place whilst your weight is shifting from one side to the other. As for the middle, well that’s important too. I was given my set of clubs by my father in law because his back just could not cope with the all that movement. So in terms of importance for golf driving tips this one is probably number one.

Today, drivers are being built bigger and technically smarter to drive the ball longer so you would think with those huge heads that one club would suit all. Wrong. I purchased a Big Bertha for my brother as a birthday gift and every time he used it he pushed the ball left and right with no distance or direction. After a few months he handed the club over to my younger brother and that suited his game. The tip here is to purchase your Big Bertha from a golf shop with a practice area. Don’t be afraid to ask for assistance because what you get on that day could add 20, 50 or 100 meters to your tee shot.

They say practice makes perfect but for golf that’s not enough. You can practice for hours but if your stance or swing aren’t right then what’s the use. Also, because it’s such a technical game, the slightest error in your swing, stance or grip can reduce the driving by a number of meters. So to re-phrase that, “perfect practice makes perfect”. You need to learn the proper swing from the start, otherwise you’ll never get the errors out of your game as easily as at the beginning. I could right down everything you need to do but the best way is golf lessens. An instructor could pick up your errors on the first swing, so learn the right way to hit the ball then practice the exact instructions you were given.

Don’t forget to have fun.
